We met as a group to talk about initial ideas, questions to ask the client and possible directions to take the project in. Elements of the research stood out, and we were interested to know more about the Tenant Empowerment Programme, how local skills shortages were being addressed by training programmes, and what studies had already been done to determine the viability of non-standard housing stock.
